About Me

Betzy Barboza is the President and Founder. She was born and raised in San Juan del Sur and speaks fluent English and Spanish as well as a little French.

After receiving a scholarship to study at Nicaragua UCA, Betzy completed her Marketing degree.

Betzy took a break and traveled for two years throughout South America and learned even more about the vacation rental business.

When she returned to Nicaragua, Betzy started renting short & long-term homes, condos and apartments for a local rental agency, but then decided to take the leap and open her own business in March 2021.

Betzy is well known in San Juan del Sur among locals and expats. She knows the town well, including unique deals and opportunities as well as the hidden gems in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.
