Casa Brisas 3 has 4 bedrooms with A/C, 4 bathrooms. It fits 12 people and it is a 5 minute walk from town on the south side of the bay. It is the third house in the Brisas del Pacífico residential complex. Perfect space for large groups looking for privacy and an incredible view of San Juan del Sur.
It takes only 7 minutes to touch the sand and maybe 3 more to reach the center of town with restaurants, bars and shops.

The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for a great cookout or BBQ, and a blender is waiting to make your cocktails and smoothies. In addition, we have a coffee maker.
Each bedroom has air conditioning units and whisper-quiet ceiling fans to keep you cool while you sleep. The outdoor area has a beautiful pool with a patio and a barbecue. Large windows and doors make the patio feel like a part of the living room.
