Casa Villa Molly 2 is lovely! There is no need for a car. It is a perfect vacation rental for families, groups of friends, and couples looking for a luxurious retreat. This is a very nice house in the city, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful part of San Juan, but within walking distance of everything, e.g., 2 minutes walk from the beach. All services at your door step. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, with security on site.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, utensils and tableware, which includes an oven, 6 gas burners, toaster and kettle. The living room is open plan and offers a full dining area.
The 3 large en-suite bedrooms are spacious and are all equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, with screens on all windows.
Cleaning is provided (if desired) for an additional cost.
The property has laundry facilities on request for a fee, except for long-term rentals of 28 days or more at no additional cost, as electricity is charged separately.
